The picture is one of muddled thinking and even more muddled actions with children being on the receiving end of some pretty rotten deals.History simply compounds the problem with each unfolding scandal that has been brought to the public’s notice.

No one playing the stock market would risk their future assets the way successive governments have simply shrugged off the lives of these children – who are this country’s future assets.
